Organically grown fruit and vegetables ( as far as possible).We do supplement with a Real Food Technology product as we know that the fruit and veges do not always have all the nutrients our bodies need in them, also, not all are 100% vine ripened, vital for the appropriate glyconutrients necessary for health and wellness.
Salads and stir fries are a great and fast way to go. No remembering that food is on the stove.Due to the contamination of the meat and chicken by commercial farming, we are mainly vegetarian through choice. We do have anchovies, pilchards and sardines on the very rare occasion or stream caught Salmon. Free range eggs and cheese also pad the eating programme we live by.
The most important question is: do weight lifting supplements really work? And do you need to consume these supplements to build muscles?
