Data privacy

Usually it is possible to use the LetMeTalk app (furthermore called "the app") without giving any personal data. If we ask for personal data (e. g. name, address or email), the user can give it voluntarily. We won't give this data to a third party as we do not intend to use private data for advertisement or information material.

Please note: The transmission of data in the internet (e. g. the transmission of an email) is not always save and can have security gaps. A flawless protection of private data is not possible.

The usage of our contact data for third party advertisement or information material is particularly not wanted. The owner of this site can take legal action in case of delivery of advertisement or information material, e. g. through spam mails.

Bug reporting system

In the app there are functions from HockeyApp. These information are provided by Bit Stadium GmbH, Ossietzkystr. 8, 70174 Stuttgart, Germany. In case of a crash, a message will be send to the HockeyApp service. This message contains your device model, your operating system and a stack trace.

We are using the transmitted data only to fix bugs. However, we do not get the information how HockeyApp is using these data. You will find more information about this topic in the privacy policy of HockeyApp: http://hockeyapp.net/privacy.

Twitter

In the app there are functions from Twitter. These information are provided by Twitter Inc., Twitter, Inc. 1355 Market St, Suite 900, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA. Through the use of the function "Tweet" you will send a message to your Twitter account which gets published to other users. Either, there will be transmitted data to Twitter.

We would like to make clear, that we don't get any information of the content of the transmitted data to Twitter. Also we do not get the information how Twitter is using these data. You will find more information about this topic in the privacy policy of Twitter: http://twitter.com/privacy.

Facebook

In the app there are functions from Facebook. These information are provided by Facebook Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland. Through the use of the function "Share" you will send a message to your Facebook account which gets published to other users. Either, there will be transmitted data to Facebook.

We would like to make clear, that we don't get any information of the content of the transmitted data to Facebook. Also we do not get the information how Facebook is using these data.
