Pre-diabetes is described as a "gray area" onset StrictionD Review of type 1 diabetes but before type 2 diabetes is fully developed. Pre-diabetes symptoms can be prevented by weight loss with the combination of proper diet and exercise. If left unattended it will developed into fully blown type 2 diabetes.
